After asking for the topic of our session, I will get into the Theta Meditation, you will be relaxed and I will ask the permission to work with your energy.
I will question you and test your body responses with the Muscle Test, which is an accurate way to detect subconscious beliefs and to understand if you are aligned with your beliefs. In case of blockage it will be easy to reprogram your believes to positive.
The Muscle Test (also called bio-feedback) will give us immediatly the confirmation that a specific beliefs is changed for the good. Is it so much fun, but also like a little emotional rollercoaster when we release strong blockages.

Faq about the Session
A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with the ThetaHealing technique. The number of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times clients will experience a shift within one session. However sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex, and need deeper belief work completed over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. To determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time would really depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogram into positive and empowering ones.
Drink plenty of water.It is important to be fully hydrated: this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong.
During most sessions muscle testing will be needed. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It’s important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you’re learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
It really depends on your response, I recommend to allow at least 10 days to pass between every session to let the body and belief system to adjust.
